Over the past 35+ years my work has been based in the process and tradition of drawing and painting. I am most interested in presenting my art the context of immersive installation rather than as a series of singular objects. I have progressively utilized other genres in this milieu, combining painting / drawing / mixed media with digital imaging and photography, 3-D work, video and animated projections.
I am interested in crossing boundaries between high tech tools and traditional art materials not only for rich visual possibilities but also to discover how these processes relate to and affect meaning.
