CHRISTINE CANNON

In the fall of 2009, Christine will be attending the Corcoran College of Art + Design in Washington, D.C. to begin studies towards a Master's of Art in Exhibition Design. A graduate of University of Minnesota, she holds a B.A. in Studio Arts, with an emphasis on both painting and drawing, and Certification of the Women's Art Institute at the Minneapolis College of Art + Design.
"My internships at Form+Content gallery (May 2008 - January 2009), and the Tychman Shapiro gallery of the Sabes Jewish Community Center (July 2008 - December 2008) confirmed my interests to pursue a career in the arts, and I am grateful for the experiences and amazing mentors who helped teach/ mentor me along the way! I highly encourage intern applicants to participate as my experience was invaluable.––Christine Cannon
